    Due to overwhelming popularity, AFI has added a new FSVP training course in Newark, NJ on July 12-13, 2017. Two additional courses are currently available on June 28-29 in Newark, NJ and August 1-2 in Burlingame, CA. The course on June 28-29 in Newark, NJ is more than half full, so those planning to attend should register as soon as possible to ensure availability.

    You’ll get information to help you:

    • Understand the underlying purpose of the Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) rule
    • Identify what's needed in your FSVP
    • Develop your FSVP
    • Implement your FSVP
    • Implement a compliant recordkeeping system
    • Understand how FDA will oversee your FSVP

    The FSVP course is a two-day course that takes participants through the FSVP requirements and includes exercises to help them develop their company's program. Attendees receive a certificate upon completion of the course but must attend the entire program to receive the certificate. Each course is limited to 24 participants, so early registration is encouraged.

    Each course is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on the first day and 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. on the second day.

    The cost for the Newark, NJ courses is $399 for AFI members/$499 for non-members

    The cost for the Burlingame, CA course is $449 for AFI Members/$575 for non-members

    Included in the course fee is lunch both days, course materials and the certificate fee. Seating is limited. Registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
